Experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers to support children’s homes in Doncaster.
This role involves working with children and young people in residential care settings, supporting their daily routines and promoting a safe and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children with daily routines and activities
* Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
* Manage challenging behaviour appropriately
* Support emotional and social development
* Work collaboratively with staff teams
Essential Requirements
* Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce)
* Minimum 6 months experience in children’s residential care
* Right to Work in the UK
* Full employment history with no unexplained gaps
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Training (Required)
* Safeguarding
* Manual Handling

Desirable Qualifications

* PMVA / CPI (restraint training)
