We are working with a client based between Manchester and Leeds who specialise in contract recruitment, whilst also offering perm placements. Having originally made a name for themselves in Telecoms, they are now continuing to diversify their portfolio.
If you are currently feeling undervalued or underpaid at your current role, wanting a commission structure that actually rewards placements, or wanting to find the middle ground between setting up on your own, without the back end hassle then this could be the role for you.
You’ll have at least 2 years experience in a 360 role, with a great billing record and be a natural at business development, with multiple examples of bringing greats clients on board and of course, providing them with high calibre candidates.
This is not the sort of company who will micromanage you- you will be naturally driven to bill great numbers and be rewarded for it. You will be proactive, have contacts within your recruitment niche and be able to hit the ground running. This is not the sort of place where you have to send rubbish CVs to hit KPIs, in fact you will not be judged on KPIs at all.
You will need to live a commutable distance to Brighouse as this is where the office is based. Initially it will be an office based role, however as you get established within the company your flexibility will increase.
From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £25,000 – £40,000 DOE, with a commission scheme which can see you earning really well with no threshold commission.
