4. Champion a high-performance culture through talent management initiatives.
5. Act as a change agent, leading organisational change and engagement programmes.
6. Lead employee relations strategy, providing high-quality, consistent advice.
7. Use data and insights to identify people trends, recommend solutions, and measure impact.
8. Ensure reward and recognition practices are fair, consistent, and performance-driven.
9. Contribute to wider HR forums, including DE&I, to share best practice across SIG.

What We’re Looking For:

10. CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience).

12. Strong employee relations expertise and ability to coach managers effectively.
13. Demonstrated success in leading change programmes (. acquisitions, OD).
14. Broad HR generalist knowledge (reward, talent, resourcing, L&D).
15. High levels of resilience, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
16. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and work flexibly as required.

Why Join SIG Specialist Markets?

People are at the heart of what we do. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, develop, and retain talent, ensuring our colleagues feel engaged, valued, and equipped to deliver exceptional performance. In return, you’ll benefit from:

17. Competitive salary & benefits package
18. Car or car allowance
19. Generous holiday & pension schemes
20. Share Incentive Plan
21. Access to professional development and career progression opportunities
22. The chance to be part of a business that is transforming and growing
