Job Duties
As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will serve as a positive role model for the young people supported. Your focus will be to assist with their evening routines, including activities and hobbies, which may be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and team support workers to ensure medical needs are met. You will provide emotional support, be a good listener, and encourage independence and daily living skills, fostering motivation and confidence in the young people.
