Overview
Amplius is a fresh and forward-focused social housing provider focused on tenant safety, sustainability, and smart property investment. In the Strategic Change Business Partner role, you’ll drive Amplius’ strategic change agenda, serving as the key link between business functions and the CIO division to ensure transformation aligns with our corporate vision and objectives. Following our merger, we’re advancing integration plans and will soon launch our corporate plan. As Strategic Change Partner, you’ll guide and support our delivery plans.
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Rushden, Peterborough, Boston or Milton Keynes office
Salary: Up to £70,000 per year
Contract: Permanent
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Strategic Change Business Partner:
* Facilitating strategic planning sessions with leadership to set direction and priorities.
* Working collaboratively to develop comprehensive business cases for change, ensuring that proposals are robust and aligned with our goals.
* Analysing the sector context, enabling you to provide informed recommendations.
* Actively participating in programme delivery to support the successful implementation of our Stronger Together Programme.

* Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear business change requirements.
* Skill in facilitating strategic discussions on business change.
* Strong leadership with experience influencing and negotiating with senior leaders.
