Job Purpose
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, the Global Real Estate Channel MD will have a clear vision, set the standards, the ambition and operationalize and scale globally through exceptional leadership capability. The Global Real Estate Channel MD responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies across the real estate agent and broker industry and delivering the strategies through the team and associated action plans. He/she will understand the company and its client’s businesses and the real estate industry intimately, the market they operate in, create solutions that advance their business and grow advocacy. The Global Real Estate Channel MD will be accountable for overall performance and growth of this sales channel – ultimately via financial results, NPS and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering new channel relations with real estate agent industry, increasing system revenue by $[500]m+ per annum.
• Building relationship with key tier 1 agents (such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills etc.) and develop long term strategic channel partner opportunity creating value of $100m+ per annum.
