đ About the role
As our senior gtm/sales recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our European go-to-market engine. You'll partner directly with our sales and marketing leadership to attract, engage, and hire the topâtier talent needed to expand our footprint across the UK and EMEA. This isn't just about filling seats; it's about shaping the future of an AI industry leader by bringing in the account executives, solutions engineers, and customer success managers who will take our platform to the world's largest enterprises.
Youâll operate as a strategic talent advisor, using dataâdriven insights and innovative sourcing techniques to build robust pipelines of passive candidates. In a fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment, your ability to move with urgency while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience will be critical to our success.
This role is based out of our London office hub on a hybrid schedule, and you will report directly to the vice president of talent acquisition.
đŠžđ»âïž What youâll do
* Own the fullâcycle recruitment process for goâtoâmarket requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions
* Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies
* Source and engage highâcaliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools
* Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
* Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we are building a representative and highâperforming goâtoâmarket organization
* Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation teams to align on role design and market intelligence for competitive offer structuring
âïž What you need
* 5+ years of fullâcycle recruiting experience in a fastâpaced B2B SaaS or AI environment with at least 3 years focused specifically on goâtoâmarket and sales roles
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing topâperforming enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders in competitive markets
* Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape including compensation fundamentals and complex offer negotiation strategies
* Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey our mission and value proposition to highly soughtâafter candidates
* High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously and pivot quickly in a rapidly scaling startup environment
* Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and dataâdriven pipeline management
* Natural ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders, challenge the status quo to improve our hiring practices, and own your results from pipeline generation to successful hires
