Join Our client as a Temporary L&D Administrator! 🌟

Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Temporary L&D Administrator to join our client in Hemel Hempstead. This full-time temporary position is perfect for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to support our learning initiatives!


What You’ll Do:

* Coordinating training schedules and logistics 📅
* Maintaining learning management systems and tracking attendance
* Assisting in the development of training materials
* Supporting the L&D team in various administrative tasks
* Communicating with trainers and participants to ensure a positive experience 💬


What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
* A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within L&D, is a plus!
