The Job
1. The school seeks a passionate individual who can provide the best opportunities for students across the school.
2. You will contribute to the strategic direction of your subject, lead training programmes, and enhance secondary lessons.
3. Provide outstanding teaching that meets the needs of all students.
4. Support the school in raising standards of teaching and learning and monitor progress towards aims.
5. Offer specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff.
6. Support and hold staff accountable through teaching and learning programmes.
7. Assist in implementing whole-school policies and initiatives.
8. Plan and facilitate professional development workshops as needed.
The Successful Candidate Will
1. Hold a teaching qualification and a degree or equivalent.
2. Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice.
3. Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills.
4. Have experience in lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
5. Be experienced in improvement planning and implementing strategies to raise student achievement.
6. Have a proven track record of excellent results in secondary education.
7. Experience in high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
