Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategy across our growing contract portfolio.
This is a high-impact corporate role responsible for shaping and delivering data-led digital campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting NHS partnerships while building and scaling our direct-to-patient and private healthcare presence across the UK and Ireland.
Reporting into senior leadership, the role will play a critical part in strengthening brand positioning, driving measurable commercial growth and embedding a performance-focused marketing function aligned to operational delivery and long-term strategic ambition.

Marketing Strategy & Commercial Alignment
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives.
* Translate commercial priorities into targeted B2B (NHS, commissioners, partners) and B2C (direct-to-patient and private healthcare) campaigns.
* Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insight, reporting and performance recommendations.

* Drive measurable growth across digital channels, optimising website performance, paid media and CRM activity to increase high-quality enquiries and conversions.

* Deliver high-impact B2B marketing initiatives aligned to contract portfolios and NHS partnerships.
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement through structured testing and optimisation to maximise conversion rates and user experience.

Person Specification
Essential
* Significant experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent strategic marketing leadership role.
* Proven success delivering high-performance digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Experience operating across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
* Demonstrable experience building or scaling B2C capability within an established organisation.
* Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, CRM and marketing automation.
* Commercially astute with experience managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets.
* Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate insight into growth strategy.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level.
Desirable
* Experience within healthcare or other regulated sectors.
* CIM qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
* Experience supporting service launches or private healthcare growth.
