We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Partner to join our busy People Services and Resourcing function within the People and Culture Directorate.
Overview
The Change Partner supports the senior management for Directorates and Health and Social Care Partnerships with workforce planning, strategic transformation and organisational change, and the development and delivery of their people plans.
Responsibilities
* Support senior management for Directorates and Health and Social Care Partnerships with workforce planning, strategic transformation and organisational change, and the development and delivery of their people plans.
Qualifications and experience
* Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR Management or a related business management subject, including CIPD membership at Chartered Member level, or equivalent professional knowledge and experience.
* Experience working at a senior level within an HR environment in a complex organisation; ability to think strategically; knowledge and understanding of employment legislation; proven coaching skills; ability to influence at a senior level.
Hours, location and working arrangements
Hours: 37 per week (full-time), reducing to 36 from 1 April 26.
Location: Supporting NHS Highland area (including Argyll and Bute). Base in NHS Highland premises in Inverness or in the Argyll and Bute area, with a requirement to attend the office in Inverness as required. Hybrid working may be supported in line with flexible working policies.
On starting there will be a requirement to be in Inverness for an agreed period of time.
