Mode Search are partnering with a global luxury fashion house in their search for a Made-to-Measure Manager to oversee and drive the MTM business across the region. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, commercial performance, and product expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and elevating the Made-to-Measure service, ensuring exceptional execution across stores while driving sales growth and operational excellence. The Role Sales & Client Management Oversee all phases of the Made-to-Measure journey, from measurements through to final delivery Partner closely with retail teams to understand client needs and ensure excellence in fit, timing, and service Conduct in-store and private fittings for high-value clients Monitor order progress and manage administrative follow-up to ensure seamless client communication Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through targeted programs and events Act as an ambassador for the MTM service at events and activations Business Development & Market Insight Analyse regional sales performance and define action plans to drive growth Monitor competitor activity and market positioning within the bespoke / MTM landscape Provide feedback to headquarters teams regarding product, client expectations, and regional trends Support implementation of local initiatives to attract and retain high-value clientele Training & Team Development Train and coach store teams on MTM selling techniques and service standards Identify development needs and tailor action plans per location Partner with Retail Operations to strengthen product knowledge and service expertise Inspire teams to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset within the MTM offering Visual & Operational Excellence Ensure correct in-store presentation of the MTM service Partner with Visual teams to maintain strong visibility and service positioning Monitor performance targets and ensure operational standards are met Requirements Strong experience within luxury retail, ideally with exposure to bespoke or Made-to-Measure Deep understanding of menswear tailoring, measurements, and garment construction Proven ability to drive sales performance through service excellence Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action plans Experience coaching and influencing retail teams Excellent client-facing skills and ambassadorial presence Willingness to travel regionally as required
