Responsibilities
* Lead the team and manage all aspects of forecourt and store operations, including the Wild Bean Café.
* Prioritise safety for yourself, your team and customers in line with BP policies and procedures.
* Maintain legal and safety compliance through all store operations (food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations).
* Deliver great customer service at every level by listening to customers and driving continuous improvement.
* Support the team’s management, including engagement, development, training, recruitment and other people‑related tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership or retail experience.
* Ability to support and energise a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and manage multiple responsibilities.
