Key Responsibilities Training & Development: Deliver and develop technical training for technicians and customers. Work Scope Surveying: Conduct detailed job surveys and provide expert insights. Cost Estimation: Build accurate, competitive job cost estimates and collaborate with commercial teams. Tenders & Bids: Support bid preparation with technical input and documentation. Risk Assessments & Method Statements: Prepare and maintain safety-focused documentation. Project Collaboration: Partner with project managers for seamless execution and service delivery. Critical Job Reviews: Ensure quality and compliance with internal standards and procedures. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience. Proven expertise in On-Stream Repairs / Leak Sealing and industrial service applications. (essential) Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and interface with various teams. Ability and willingness to train others in your field of expertise Full, clean UK driving licence.
