Job Description Build a strong talent pipeline and schedule staff for placements Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins Support field visits, supervisions, appraisals and changeovers Review exit feedback to improve retention Work with HR on employee relations when required Participate in on-call duties as required.
