Mentoring and supervising RCN Stewards working remotely in their workplaces.
Organising and mapping employers and members across NHS and independent sectors to build membership and activism.
Supporting the development and delivery of learning programmes for members and activists.
Promoting safe working environments and positive safety cultures in collaboration with employers and safety reps.
Building strategic relationships with employers, trade unions, and professional organisations.
Championing equity, diversity, and inclusion within the team and wider region.
