Key Actions
* Lead end‑to‑end hiring across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing a strategic, high‑quality approach from brief to offer.
* Champion a candidate experience that is thoughtful, inclusive, well‑paced, and reflective of the Vitality brand at every stage.
* Use market insight, data, and judgment to influence decisions, manage expectations, and help leaders secure the best talent in competitive markets.
* Build strong relationships across our globally based People teams and business leadership, to deliver a connected and commercially aware recruitment service.
* Proactively source and engage diverse talent, using creative search techniques and long‑term pipeline thinking for harder to fill and business‑critical roles.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working so that we keep raising the bar on quality, efficiency and experience.

* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills – you connect well with people, communicate with clarity, and create trust through your approach.
