Head of Sales / Sales Director Location: Remote (with regular London meetings)

Package: Up to £120,000 base + commission OTE circa £240,000
We are working with a fast-growing consultancy that helps organisations transform their digital strategy, delivery, and operations. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead growth across new and existing clients.
The opportunity
This is a player-coach role, blending hands-on sales leadership with strategic direction. You will drive new business acquisition, develop key accounts, and build scalable go-to-market standards across sales and marketing.
As the business continues to grow, you'll shape the commercial structure, refine the sales strategy, and build a high-performing team to deliver sustained success.
