Duties
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business development goals.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
* Provide regular reports on business development progress to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
