Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm. Due to continued growth my client is recruiting for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy friendly team.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
The Role
* Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers
* Audio typing (BigHand)
* Opening and closing files
* Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings
* Carry out money laundering and ID checks
* Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA's, Estate Accounts
* Witnessing wills
* Liaise with Clients, Solicitors, Barristers Chambers
* Attend client meetings
* Assist with preparation of invoices
* Taking credit card payments
* Booking events, training etc
* Assist with the marketing of the department
The Candidate
* Ideally you will possess recent Private Client Experience, although those candidates with experience in other area's of law will also be considered
* Experience with all Microsoft Office packages, excellent Audio Typing skills
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communications skills and a team player.
