Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of investment sales consultants, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop seamless inter department relationships to maximise revenue through shared leads and opportunities

Superb commission structure taking OTE to at least £100,000 in year 1
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 17:30pm, Friday 09:00 – 17:00
