About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior UAT Automation Engineer / Analyst to join our dynamic UAT team. You’ll support the testing, execution, and automation of user acceptance testing scenarios across for web platform. This is a collaborative role where technical knowledge meets customer empathy. You’ll work closely with UAT/QA team, product managers, developers, and business users to ensure our products meet real-world expectations. Role Responsibilities Work closely with the UAT/QA team and business stakeholders to gather and understand user and business needs. Design and document user-centric UAT test scenarios and workflows. Build and maintain automated UAT test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, cypress or similar. Execute manual UAT testing when needed and assist with defect reporting and triaging. Support test data creation and environment setup for UAT activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT and automation processes. Provide clear and concise feedback on usability, accessibility, and functionality. Engage in regular morning stand-ups to keep the team informed. Champion the drive for quality throughout our delivery lifecycle, ensuring that testing remains a first-class component even when project timelines are challenging. Required Skills / Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or a solid background in an appropriate industry sector (Finance and Agriculture). A passion for quality, user experience, and team collaboration. Good analytical thinking and communication skills. Motivated and capable of working on individual responsibilities within a broader team context. Desirable Skills Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or other test management tools. Any software development or scripting experience. Knowledge of electronic data formats, such as XML, JSON, EDI or CSV.
