KPI Recruiting are proud to be hiring experienced LGV Class 1 Night Drivers on behalf of our prestigious logistics client based in Crewe.

We’re looking for drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy working in a well-organised, friendly transport environment.
What’s In It for You
* £250 Welcome Bonus – paid in your first week when you complete 4 or more shifts
* Weekly Performance Bonus – up to £120 extra per week from week 2
* £17.51 per hour (basic rate) | £19.62 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Straight trunking only – no handball or load interaction required
* State-of-the-art vehicles and top-class facilities at the depot
* Consistent night work with regular start times
Shift & Role Information
* Start times between 16:00 and 23:00
* 7-day operation – full and part-time shift patterns available
* Trunking routes between UK depots – no manual loading/unloading
* Year-round work with guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime
What We’re Looking For
* A valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence
* Current Digi Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
* A safe, professional driving style and a strong work ethic
* No IN, DD, or DR endorsements on licence
* A positive attitude and willingness to represent KPI and our client to a high standard
