Role Overview
This is a senior new-business sales role focused on winning enterprise-level customers for a market-leading SaaS solution. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from developing target account strategies through to contract negotiation — working with senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities -
Client Engagement
* Engage confidently with CIOs, CFOs, and transformation leaders to identify challenges and present tailored solutions.
* Lead presentations, demos, and commercial discussions.
* Build long-term relationships that open opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
Market Development
* Research and map the market to uncover new revenue opportunities.
* Partner with marketing and product teams to refine propositions and messaging.
* Represent the company at relevant events and networking forums.
Commercial Performance
* Consistently achieve or exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) and pipeline targets.
* Track performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Provide insight and feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Experience Required
* 5+ years of success in enterprise software sales, ideally within ITFM, ITSM, EPM, or related solutions.
* Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure SaaS deals with global organizations.
* Strong network and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
* Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and coordinating with technical and pre-sales teams.
* Experienced user of CRM and sales-enablement tools.
