The Role:You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:Candidate identification and interviewsDevelop and win clients within the BioTalent brand and wider group, which support your personal and team billingsConsult and advise clients about how to solve challenging strategic resourcing projectsAttending client meetings, both in person and remotelyMarket mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from theseLead generation through relationship buildingNetwork and navigate within existing accounts to open up new business opportunities for your own market and the wider team and groupNew business developmentCommunicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity forWhat we are looking for:This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more experience, ideally recruiting into Life Science and/or Pharmaceuticals markets, however this is not necessary.Have experience in communicating with people in a professional settingIdeally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within Life Science and/or PharmaceuticalsDriven and motivated to work in a fast paced environmentYou want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the teamHave excellent communication and level of professionalismCareer Progression and Training:You will begin your role with BioTalent and The IN Group with full end to end recruitment support to elevate your already established knowledge and recruitment experience.
