Account Executive – Cyber Security

Cirencester HQ (Hybrid / National Travel)

Competitive base salary + uncapped OTE

Account Executives
who want to build something of their own.

This isn't about being handed a patch; it's about creating one. You'll have the freedom to
build and own your desk
, developing your own client base and pipeline from scratch.

You won't be doing it alone: our SDR team, marketing campaigns, and technical specialists will provide support and air cover, but the real opportunity is in the relationships you open and grow yourself. If you're motivated by ownership, resilience, and the chance to see your name next to deals you've created, this is the place to do it.

What you'll be doing

* Driving
new business development
through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
* Managing the
full sales cycle
* Building and growing your own portfolio of customers, backed by Core to Cloud's expertise and reputation.
* Working with SDRs, marketing, and internal teams to maximise pipeline opportunities.
* Collaborating with our pre-sales engineers to design and deliver tailored solutions.
* Keeping ahead of cybersecurity trends and challenges to engage with CISO, CIO, and IT leaders.
* Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs.

What we're looking for

* 2–3+ years of sales experience (cyber security or IT solutions preferred, but high-achieving hunters from other industries considered).
* A
self-starter
who thrives on building something from the ground up.
* Track record of exceeding targets and creating opportunities.
* Confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders.
* Ambitious, resilient, and commercially driven.
