HRLife are excited to be partnering exclusively with a growing business undergoing change to find a talented and pro-active Head of Compensation and Benefits, EMEA on an initial 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
This is an exciting role where you'll be involved with designing, shaping and embedding a Compensation and Benefits strategy for EMEA. You'll have the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, act as the regional subject-matter expert with deep market expertise and have a strong understanding of country-specific legal and regulatory frameworks.
This role will sit as part of the EMEA HR leadership Team and requires someone with an analytical mind, and someone who is able to create a structured C&B strategy that supports continuous growth in a fast paced, constantly evolving business.
Key responsibilities will include;
* Design and implement competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive models
* Conduct comprehensive market and benchmark analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
* Co-Lead the annual compensation cycle, including budget planning, salary reviews, and bonus processes including LTI programme
* Oversee the design and optimisation of benefits offerings across multiple countries
* Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory guidelines across all EMEA markets
* Manage and enhance Workday processes related to compensation, ensuring continuous improvement of the system
* Act as strategic advisor to leadership teams on compensation and benefits matters
* Lead negotiations with external providers, brokers, and consultants
* Present complex analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to senior executives to aid decision making
You'll be working closely with local HR in each country to roll out new initiatives and support embedding new ways of working so it's essential you've had a similar role where you've worked across multiple countries and regions.
Key experience includes;
* Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with responsibility across EMEA or global regions
* In-depth understanding of compensation structures, benefits landscapes, and market dynamics across Europe
* Solid knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements in multiple EMEA countries
* Strong proficiency in Workday; experience with additional C&B, Excel, benchmarking (e.g. Mercer IPE), or payroll systems preferred
* Excellent analytical capabilities and proven experience working with large datasets
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Base Salary - £100-120k plus car allowance and bonus. Onsite 3 days per week. Would consider candidates who want to work either 4 or 5 days per week.
