Our client has achieved and outstanding rating from the CQC, and are deemed as an excellent provider from local authority. AS our client we have been tasked with selecting an outstanding individual to join their team as the Registered Manager. This role is a key integral part both within day to day running and also within growth within the Charity. Within this role we are looking for someone to possess the following experiences and qualifications; * 2-3 years working as a Registered manager within a care/domiciliary setting. * Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Adult Care or equivalent. * Hold/be prepared to hold enhance DBS. * Strong leadership skills, experience of managing care/support staff, facilitating rostas. * In depth knowledge of CQC regulations and also the Health & Social Care Act 2022. * Strong experience of care planning, risk assessment and day to day overall care management. * Strong decision maker. * Recruitment responsibility. * Must hold a valid driving license as the role will require the individual to go out on visits.
