Early Career Teacher
Location: Maidstone
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time
Start Date: June and September 2026
Salary: £30,000 – 33,483 per annuum (dependent on experience)

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a number of schools and are seeking a passionate ECT to join their dedicated team from September 2026 or as early as June 2026 once your course is completed.
About the Role:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
1. Teach a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (dependent on your preference and school needs).
2. Receive full ECT support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
3. Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
4. Develop your skills and confidence with ongoing professional development opportunities.
✅ Requirements:
To be considered, you must:
5. Hold (or be working towards) QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
6. Be passionate about primary education and committed to making a difference.
7. Be a positive, proactive, and reflective practitioner.
8. Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
