* Full Time | Permanent
* £14.71 to £17.86 per hour

Our client is a well-established charity specialising in outdoor education, environmental learning and community engagement. Working with schools, families and community groups, the organisation creates high quality learning experiences that encourage confidence, resilience and a lifelong connection with nature.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver outdoor learning activities
* Lead educational day visits, residential stays and family engagement programmes
* Work closely with schools and community groups to develop tailored visit programmes
* Deliver curriculum-linked learning activities for children and young people
* Evaluate learning outcomes and maintain high quality standards
* Support safeguarding, health and safety and risk management procedures
* Develop educational resources and learning environments
* Support the care and welfare of on-site animals and wildlife areas
* Contribute to community events and fundraising activities
* Promote the organisation's mission and values
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Level 4 qualification HLTA/QTS or other Teaching Qualification desirable
* Experience leading outdoor learning activities
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and the Primary National Curriculum
* Experience working within an educational setting
* Experience working with children with SEND
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confidence leading groups and supporting teams
* Passion for environmental and outdoor education
* Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with schools, families and partners
