Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365, along with migrations. Relevant, up-to-date IT-related qualifications. Experience of configuring and troubleshooting network devices. Knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS365 Administration, backup software, firewall configuration, anti-virus, and remote connection software. Knowledge of firewall, AV or backup products/technologies. Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required). Fluent in English. Ability to commute or relocate to Witney OX29. Responsibilities: Provide both reactive and proactive support to a variety of clients. Serve as a trusted advisor by routinely visiting clients on-site to resolve issues, discuss IT strategy, and make recommendations. Lead on the workload for allocated customers. Take ownership of personal diary to ensure work is delivered based on customers requirements. Collaborate with the Consultancy Manager to ensure all work is delivered effectively. Support the team with reactive visits and assist the helpdesk team when needed. Develop expert knowledge of the full product suite and contracted support offerings. Identify contract or project leads and share them with the Consultancy Manager and Sales Director. Deliver technical projects for clients, including infrastructure installations, migrations, and cyber security reviews.
