We're supporting a leading financial services client looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide production and infrastructure support within their CIB Onboarding / KYC stream.
📍 Sheffield - 2 days/week on-site
💰 £450-£550/day | Inside IR35
🗓 Start: December
Key points:
* Support live incidents and coordinate across tech teams
* Work closely with a manager based in India
* Tech: ServiceNow, Splunk, internal systems
* Experience in incident, release, or test management preferred
* Banking / CIB background a plus
