Level 3 Apprentice Nursery Nurse / Practitioner (Arbury Day Nursery, Nuneaton). Closing on: Oct 31, 2025. We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
We are looking for an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner and Educator who will study a Level 3 qualification in Early Years alongside their role. The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate creativity and compassion in delivering early education and care for young children. Experience with younger age groups (0–2 years) is preferred.

* Support children’s learning and development in the moment, creating activities that align with the EYFS based on children’s interests.
* Follow the child-led approach and place children’s interests at the heart of practice.
* Engage with children to nurture, protect and help them grow into well-balanced individuals.

Additional Information
* Salary: £13,312.00 per annum (increasing to £24,511.00 – £26,250.00 after 12 months)
* Length of Apprenticeship: 18 months
* Working Hours: 32 hours per week
* Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
