The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to lead a Programme Administration team, providing key administrative support and record maintenance for a specified portfolio of courses, in accordance with the procedures and regulations of UAL.
Based at London College of Fashion's Eastbank site, you will manage a team of Programme Administrators, overseeing the provision of relevant administrative support for all courses within your portfolio of programmes, ensuring an excellent and high-quality service delivery and a seamless student experience, from the point of enrolment through to graduation.
A key part of the role will involve working alongside academics with essential tasks such as monitoring student attendance, exam boards and assessments, course documentation as well as quality processes.
Your profile
Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in key aspects of Further or Higher Education student administration, including registry processes such as enrolment and assessment.
You will have an enthusiasm for creating a good student experience and be able to evidence strong leadership and line-management skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and motivate your team.
You will be organised and able to plan a busy workload, communicating with colleagues in your team and key stakeholders.
