Salary: £25-30 per hour + pension + OTE (+25% - +100%, Uncapped)
What You'll Be Doing:
* Represent the Speediance brand as the first point of contact for customers in-store.
* Provide expert advice on Speediance’s latest home fitness products.
* Deliver a high-quality, personalised shopping experience tailored to each customer’s needs.
* Effectively answer any customer queries and inquiries
* Presenting the store to the highest standard through effective merchandising, creating a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing environment that enhances the customer experience
* Use your confidence and passion for customer service to meet and exceed sales goals as a Speediance FitTech Specialist.
* Motivated store staff and a manager to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily store operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven track record of selling directly to customers
* Confident and ambitious to drive sales within the store
* Passion for retail and delivering the highest standard of customer service to our customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
* Previous retail experience in retail or a similar customer facing role, preferably in fitness / technology.
* Basic understanding of fitness terminology; Personal fitness trainer, gym instructor experience would be preferred.
