EBC is delighted to be partnering with a global leader in hospitality technology to find a Business Development Manager to develop key clients and bring on new business (logos) from the UK’s hospitality sector.
The role will be based in their UK office (European HQ) in Berkshire and offer a both hybrid and remote work options.

The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager you’ll be responsible for developing the company’s presence within the UK. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across hotels, restaurants, resorts and spas to identify needs and showcase how cutting-edge technology can transform their operations.
It’s critical that you have a sold SaaS solutions into the hospitality sector and bring an existing network of contact and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a consultative, value-based sells methodology.
* Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and close.
* Deliver against revenue targets.
* Provide exceptional account management to existing client for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales engineering, product management, and implementation to ensure seamless client success.
* Engage senior stakeholders within hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups to understand their business goals.
* Provide actionable insights and competitive intelligence to influence product strategy.
* Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
* Partner with marketing to refine campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Essential Experience
* 5+ years of software sales experience within the hospitality or enterprise SaaS sectors.
* Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
* Skilled in consultative, value-based selling and confident presenting to senior decision-makers.
* Technically adept, with the ability to conduct professional product demonstrations.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
