Description The Role We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team to work across our two residential aged care homes at our Scarborough site, just metres from the water. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver hands-on personal care with dignity and respect Support residents with daily living, meals, and meaningful connection Work as part of a close-knit care team Observe and report changes to support safe, quality care Maintain and encourage consumers’ independence, choice and decision making. Assist in the evaluation of consumers’ progress, recording and reporting changes to health, wellbeing and preferences to the Registered nurse. Understand and adhere to clinical procedures and the Aged Care Quality Standards to ensure each residents’ safety and well-being.
