We’re currently recruiting for a Reception Teaching Assistant to join a Primary in the L20 area of Liverpool on a long-term basis starting in September.
You’ll be joining a supportive, inclusive school that puts wellbeing and community at the centre of everything they do. It’s a good fit for someone who wants to become a familiar face in a school that values consistency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting one-to-one and the wider reception class in small groups, responding to their individual needs in the afternoonHelping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong Requirements or Skills:
Recent experience working in a school or education setting A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands-on experienceComfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team Benefits:
