Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for contract role in Howden. Experience in Social Housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled.
The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative
1. Undertaking repairs and touch ups
2. bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
3. Painting and decorating
4. Multi skilled operatives must be experienced
Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative
5. Proven experience in the new build sector
6. Be able to provide at least two working references
