Key Responsibilities
* Lead on complex, high-value corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
* Provide strategic legal advice on private equity, equity financing, management buy-outs, and corporate governance matters.
* Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors such as property, technology, energy, manufacturing, and financial services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the firm to deliver integrated solutions on multifaceted transactions.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proactive business development efforts to enhance firm growth.
* Play an active role in departmental planning, including client targeting, revenue generation, operational improvements, and long-term strategic initiatives.
