This is a permanent position within the Risk and Compliance team, based in London. The role involves managing complex compliance issues, leading risk-related projects and promoting a culture of compliance across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory compliance, ethics, data protection and conflicts of interest
* Support senior leadership in embedding a positive compliance culture
* Lead and manage risk-related projects and initiatives
* Monitor and analyse compliance data to identify areas for improvement
* Maintain and update legal documentation and internal policies
* Prepare reports and escalate high-risk matters to the Risk Committee
* Mentor and support junior team members
Skills & Experience
* Experience in legal risk and compliance
* Strong knowledge of the SRA and professional standards
* Qualified Lawyer (desirable)
* Experience in managing or coaching others
