Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our
Fixed networks team,
youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Were looking for someone who knows how to get things done. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems and making sure work is done right the first time, this could be the role for you.
As an Supervisor, youll be out on site, making sure our telecoms build projects run smoothly. Youll work with engineers, contractors and local teams to keep everything on track. Youll check that work meets our standards, that safety rules are followed, and that deadlines are met.
Youll be the go-to person for your team. Youll help plan the work, sort out issues and make sure everyone knows what theyre doing. Youll also speak with clients and residents, keeping them informed and making sure theyre happy with the work.
We want someone whos hands-on, confident and ready to take charge. Youll need to know how telecoms build work, especially in multi-dwelling units. Youll also need to be good with people, clear in your communication and quick to spot problems before they grow.
Youll need a driving licence and be ready to travel.

What youll bring;
You know how to lead a team and keep a project moving. Youve worked in telecoms or construction before, and you understand how multi-dwelling unit builds work. Youre confident on site, and you know how to manage people, materials and time.
Youve got experience working with contractors and field teams. You know how to check that work is done properly and safely. Youre used to solving problems quickly and keeping things on track when plans change.
Youre clear when you speak and write. You know how to explain things simply and get your message across. Youre good with people and know how to build trust with clients, residents and your team. Youve worked with build plans and drawings before. You understand how to follow them and spot issues early. You know how to keep records and report progress clearly.
Youre comfortable using basic digital tools to track work and share updates. Youre organised, reliable and ready to take responsibility.
You hold a full UK driving licence and youre happy to travel across Brackley and nearby areas.
