A well‑established, third‑generation family business with over 50 years’ experience in roofing, construction, and building solutions is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support its busy project teams. The company operates across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial sectors and is known for its commitment to quality, safety, sustainability, and developing its people.
Role Overview
You’ll play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly—supporting Project Managers, site teams, operatives, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, information, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and handle enquiries professionally
* Provide day‑to‑day project coordination and administrative support to Project Managers
* Arrange accommodation and logistical requirements for roofing operatives
* Liaise with tenants and clients to provide updates and resolve queries
* Organise and track material deliveries and site collections
* Work with the Health & Safety team to ensure RAMS documentation is current and recorded
* Support site teams to help ensure smooth project delivery
What’s Needed
* Experience in Administration, Project Coordination, or Contract Support
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using systems and general IT
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently or as part of a team
* Construction experience is helpful but not essential
