A key part of your role will be forging collaborative partnerships across community settings, day services, and voluntary-sector organisations to create innovative, creative opportunities that support people to move closer to employment. You will guide the team to identify and develop personalised pathways—combining your strategic insight with a commitment to person-centred practice. This is an exciting time to join us.
