Who we are looking for...
We're looking for an admitted Solicitor or CILEx with at least 3 years' experience handling a full EL/PL multi-track caseload. You'll be confident managing cases from start to finish, including:
* Issuing and serving proceedings
* Reviewing and responding to defences
* Navigating court directions and interim applications
* Instructing counsel and supporting trial preparation
