We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join their team. This is a varied role where you will play a central part in the smooth running of the business, from delivering outstanding customer service to ensuring the efficiency of the office and workshop operations. This role would suit those already experienced in an office manager/customer service type role and able to work proactively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person * Greeting visitors and showing customers around the horseboxes with professionalism and product knowledge * Overseeing and managing office administration, ensuring processes are efficient and well-documented * Handling timesheets and records for the mechanical team, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions * Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks and coordinating day-to-day office operations * Maintaining a positive and professional environment for both staff and customers Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office management role * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner * Attention to detail and accuracy when handling timesheets and admin processes * Confident in showing products to customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Benefits: * £27,000 - £32,000 DOE * 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday * Full training and support * A varied and rewarding role in a friendly, supportive team environment
