Job Purpose
Mulitidrop home deliveries, delivering furniture for a highly reputable national furniture company.
You will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage. You will be the face of the company, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time, and with a friendly, professional approach. Products must be handled with care and delivered to a room of the customer's choice.
Your Responsibilities
1. Complete deliveries on time and to schedule
2. Ensure customers are happy with the service
3. Be friendly, professional, and helpful
4. Call customers ahead to keep them informed
5. Deliver and assemble furniture in customers' homes
