Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and expand the sales team to deliver exceptional results Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth across new and existing markets Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and customer success Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches Manage the full sales cycle for large enterprise opportunities, including RFPs, solution selling, and contract negotiation Requirements: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams in the enterprise software or SaaS space Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience, ideally within B2B technology or ERP/CRM sectors Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to sales strategy Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience selling into mid-to-large organisations in both the private and public sectors Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as required Why Join?
