We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a dedicated School Administrator to provide Maternity Cover starting ASAP. This role is a vital part of the school’s specialist support team, with a specific focus on the coordination and administration of Annual Reviews for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role This is a permanent-term Maternity Cover position, offered on a Part-Time basis working 3 days per week (8 am – 4 pm, Term time only).

* Manage the complex administrative processes relating to Annual Reviews, ensuring all statutory deadlines are met.

* Provide a bespoke administrative service that supports the social and emotional development of the students.

* Coordinate with parents, multidisciplinary teams, and local authorities to facilitate smooth communication.

* Assist in the preparation of documents that showcase student progress and personal milestones.

Requirements

* Previous experience in school administration, specifically relating to Annual Reviews.

* A resilient and empathetic approach to supporting students with individual challenges.

* High levels of accuracy and the ability to work within a skilled, professional team.

* Must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits £25,000 – £29,000 per annum, pro-rata. Benefits include a tranquil and well-ordered working environment, a focus on staff well-being, and the opportunity to work within a truly inclusive community.
