Today we offer a wide range of services to domestic, commercial and fleet customers such as; Tyres, Vehicle Servicing, MOT Testing and Bodywork repairs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor to carry out the following:
Responsibilities and duties:
Welcoming customers and booking them in for work
Taking incoming calls and pricing for jobs
Working closely with the garage and updating customers on the progress of their vehicles
Booking in parts and invoicing
Following up with customers for general feedback and reviews

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & every Saturday working hours - 8:30am - 12:30pm

Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST
Basic IT skills.
Must be organised and work well under pressure
Well mannered.
Experience in the motor trade (preferred)
Weekly pay dependant on Age & Experience
